Please remember to bring your Two Pieces of Identification
One of your ID’s needs to be Government Issued (with your full legal name, photo and signature) Examples: Drivers License, Passport, Health Services Card. Your second piece of ID can be another Government Issued ID or a major credit card (with your full legal name and signature) Examples: B.C. Identification Card, B.C. Health Services Card, and a Major Credit Card – as long as the names match exactly to your document that you are having witnessed.
